Building O9X
O9X is not a startup idea or a demo project. It's software being built inside a manpower-heavy business to handle attendance, payroll, invoicing, and compliance—systems where mistakes are expensive and theory breaks quickly. This section documents the build as it happens: decisions made, trade-offs chosen, things that worked, and things that didn't.

Founder Physics
Founder Physics is where decision-making is treated like a constraint problem, not a personality trait. This section borrows ideas from physics, economics, and systems thinking to explain why certain decisions predictably fail and why some boring ones survive. It's not about confidence. It's about pressure, force, friction, and fatigue.

Field Notes
Field Notes are observations captured before they're understood. They may come from operations, conversations, failures, reading, or just paying attention over time. They are not cleaned up. They are not always consistent. Think of this as the margin of the notebook rather than the final chapter.

Operations Knowledge
Operations Knowledge documents what actually breaks when a business runs on people, compliance, cash flow, and repetition. Grounded in a manpower-heavy business where errors compound daily: attendance, payroll, invoicing, statutory compliance, handovers, exceptions. Expect trade-offs, workarounds, and decisions that prioritize survival over elegance.

AI For Operators
AI For Operators focuses on using AI inside messy, constraint-bound businesses. Not demos. Not prompts for fun. Not automation as ideology. This section documents where AI actually helps: reducing error, compressing thinking time, assisting analysis, and supporting system design. The perspective here is operational first. AI is treated as a component, not a strategy.
