AI For Operators focuses on using AI inside messy, constraint-bound businesses. Not demos. Not prompts for fun. Not automation as ideology. This section documents where AI actually helps: reducing error, compressing thinking time, assisting analysis, and supporting system design. The perspective here is operational first. AI is treated as a component, not a strategy.
